Position Title: Marketing Manager (with Digital Marketing Focus)

Medical device OEMs are increasing their use of outsourcing as they search for ways to lower costs while improving product design and development processes, production efficiencies, and time to market. Reporting Relationship The successful candidate for this role will be a key member of the commercial management team and will report directly to VMT’s Chief Commercial Officer. Position Overview The Marketing Manager leads development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales growth across target markets. This role places a strong emphasis on digital marketing, combining creative brand leadership with hands-on management of campaigns, content, and analytics. The role supports a diverse portfolio spanning medical device design, development, testing, manufacturing, repair and refurbishment services, as well as enterprise software and digital solutions.
