**Machine Operators, Assemblers & Brazers - 2nd & Weekend Shifts | $23.53+/hr | Lexington, VA** Looking for steady work with great hours and strong benefits? Whether you prefer weekday evenings or long weekends off, we've got a shift that fits. **Location:** Fully onsite in Lexington, VA **Why This Role Stands Out:** - Weekend Shift: Work 36 hours, get paid for 40! - 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday evenings, consistent schedule - Strong pay: $23.53+/hr - Path to permanent hire with full benefits **Open Shifts:** - Weekend A Shift: Fri-Sun, 6AM-6PM - Weekend B Shift: Fri-Sun, 6PM-6AM - 2nd Shift (C Shift): Mon-Fri, 3PM-11PM **Roles Available:** - Machine Operators: Operate various metal fabrication equipment such as press brakes - Assemblers: Electrical and mechanical assembly, panel wiring - Brazers: Brazing, leak testing, and pressure testing **What You Bring:** - 1+ year in manufacturing, assembly, or brazing - Ability to read schematics and technical drawings - Comfortable using hand/power tools and measuring devices - PLC wiring experience a plus - Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods - Steel-toe boots required **Benefits Upon Hire:** - Health, dental, vision, life insurance - 401(k) with match - Paid vacation + tuition reimbursement - Flexible spending accounts - And more **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.53 - $26.14/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
