This position will report to the senior attorney responsible for the Bosch Home Comfort division in North America. This role provides comprehensive legal support on a wide range of commercial and transactional matters including business consulting, contract drafting and negotiation, with a strong focus on distribution, sales channel management, and product regulatory compliance. The candidate must be a self-starter and have an ability to effectively work with all levels within the organization and collaboratively with our global colleagues. Key job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): + Advise and consult with business, engineering, sales, and legal teams regarding a variety of legal and commercial issues + Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry-specific regulations to provide insight into legal issues that arise from the business + Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including those relating to sales, distribution, procurement, IP license, and non-disclosure agreements in alignment with applicable laws and internal Bosch policies and directives + Work with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with legal obligations + Deliver internal training on legal matters + Some travel, both domestic and international, may be required, as needed **Qualifications** Basic Qualifications: + J.D. from a U.S. accredited law school + Member of relevant bar in good standing or eligible for relevant bar admission + 3+ years of experience as a practicing commercial/transactional attorney + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Excellent organizational and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications: + 2+ years as an in-house counsel in a corporate environment + Experience with distribution networks and dealer programs, including distribution agreements, and IP licensing + Experience in the HVAC industry + Experience collaborating with international teams **Additional Information** **Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
