Leasing Consultant – Luxury Community Lease-up

The Opportunity

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in providing an exceptional leasing experience for prospects and residents while supporting the overall success of the community. You will be the face of our communities, helping potential residents find their perfect home while maintaining strong relationships with existing residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Connect – Build relationships with prospective residents through in-person tours, phone interactions, and digital communication.
  • Leasing Excellence – Showcase available apartments, highlight community features, and guide prospects through the leasing process with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Resident Experience – Assist with renewals, resident engagement initiatives, and retention efforts to create a strong community.
  • Marketing & Outreach – Assist in executing marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and community events to drive traffic and awareness.
  • Operational Efficiency – Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, lease agreements, and resident records.
  • Market Knowledge – Stay informed about local rental trends and conduct competitive market surveys to ensure our properties remain top choices in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leasing experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (multifamily or related industry preferred).
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with leasing software (Yardi, Entrata, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed to meet leasing and resident needs.
