Description Robert Half Legal is seeking a Law Clerk on behalf of a well-established plaintiff consumer warranty firm. This full-time, on-site, contract-to-hire position is an excellent opportunity for unlicensed Juris Doctors not sitting for the July bar exam. Key Responsibilities: + Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other court filings. + Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support active litigation. + Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to requests, document review, and case management. + Collaborate with attorneys to support case strategy and trial preparation. Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. + Must not be sitting for the July Bar Exam or currently licensed to practice law. + Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
