Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands professionally in retail and promotional settings
- Engage with customers to promote products and services
- Support in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries confidently
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team
- Assist with stock organisation and promotional materials setup
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
