Job Description
Must have:
- 2+ years of previous experience as a Project Manager
- PMP Certification
- Ability to work Remote, with a willingness to travel up to 60% of the time (primarily domestic but potentially international), and willingness to work in an office if required up to 3 days per week
- Weekly travel
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Project or similar PM software
- Strong organization skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MS PowerPoint skills and the ability to create executive level presentations quickly
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
- Executive presence
- Willingness to work beyond standard business hours when needed
- Critical and strategic thinking skills
- Courage and the ability to challenge the status quo
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Confidence
- Roll out of Opps Mobile application
Strongly preferred but not required
- 5 – 10 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree
- Airline or FBO experience
- Previous experience in operations and/or corporate leadership roles
