Location: Edison, NJ 08820

Schedule: Part-Time

Compensation: $16 - $20 per hour

About the Opportunity:
Are you passionate about providing top-notch client service in a fast-paced legal environment? Join our team at the Law Office of Abhisha Parikh in Edison, NJ, and become our new Intake Specialist . The  Intake Specialist is a key member of our team, and you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your role will involve gathering essential information, scheduling appointments, and supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone or in-person to gather necessary information.
• Review and organize legal documents and assist in preparing cases for attorneys.
• Ensure all client information is accurately entered into the case management system.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on their case status.
• Collaborate with attorneys to schedule appointments and maintain calendars efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• A minimum of two years (2) years of experience in customer service.
• Fluency in Hindi or Gujarati.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• US Work Authorization.
