Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. * Resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and issues. * Provide information about products and services, guiding customers to make informed choices. * Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer queries and service inquiries. * Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues and escalate complex inquiries. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone. * Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
