Job Description:
We are seeking an Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering helpline calls, performing data entry, and managing clerical tasks. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide accurate information in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound helpline calls efficiently.
• Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate client records.
• Assist in assembling and mailing informational packets.
• Keep work area organized and manage inventory supplies.
• Coordinate with volunteer counselors and provide training materials as needed.
