As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer inquiries will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Location: New Orleans, LA Job: Full time Pay: $16.50- $25.00 per hour Responsibilities: * Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. * Assist customers by providing information and resolving issues related to products and services. * Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in using computers and call center technology.
