Key Responsibilities

Lead all legal responses to product liability and toxic tort claims, especially involving crystalline silica exposure.
File and prosecute civil lawsuits against third parties when necessary (e.g., malicious prosecution, insurance fraud, fabrication liability).
Handle case intake, litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial prep, with or without outside counsel.
Manage communication with opposing counsel, insurers, and co-defendants.
5–10 years of litigation experience, including both defense and plaintiff-side filing.
Hands-on experience with product liability, silica exposure, or toxic torts.
Comfortable drafting complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
Base Salary: Top Pay to Qualified Person
Annual Bonus: Negotiable
