Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all legal responses to product liability and toxic tort claims, especially involving crystalline silica exposure.
• File and prosecute civil lawsuits against third parties when necessary (e.g., malicious prosecution, insurance fraud, fabrication liability).
• Handle case intake, litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial prep, with or without outside counsel.
• Manage communication with opposing counsel, insurers, and co-defendants.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience, including both defense and plaintiff-side filing.
• Hands-on experience with product liability, silica exposure, or toxic torts.
• Comfortable drafting complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
• Base Salary: Top Pay to Qualified Person
• Annual Bonus: Negotiable
