Job Description
- Understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical or managerial rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Handle offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment drives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR team for policy updates and staffing requirements.
