Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. Requirements - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. - Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting strategies and practices. - Expertise in sourcing techniques to identify high-quality candidates. - Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems for efficient recruitment management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis to improve processes.
