Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. This is a long-term contract opportunity within the metal fabrication industry, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will excel at managing the full recruitment cycle and sourcing top talent while maintaining an attentive and engaging hiring process. Responsibilities: - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify candidates with relevant experience. - Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for various roles. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment process. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process. - Analyze recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. - Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Requirements - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. - Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting strategies and practices. - Expertise in sourcing techniques to identify high-quality candidates. - Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems for efficient recruitment management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis to improve processes.
