Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado on a contract basis. This role will focus on high-volume recruitment efforts, particularly within transportation operations, and requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills. As part of our team, you will play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting essential hiring processes. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, communication abilities, and alignment with company culture. - Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives, starting with commercial driver positions and expanding to other roles as needed. - Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Draft and deliver offer letters and other critical hiring documentation promptly and accurately. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate on-site interviews and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly. - Maintain and organize candidate data using appropriate recruitment platforms and tools. - Utilize platforms such as Indeed, Microsoft Teams, and 10Street to streamline recruitment activities. - Adhere to company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Requirements - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. - Strong ability to source candidates effectively for a variety of roles. - Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit. - Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Indeed and 10Street. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with efficiency and attention to detail. - Knowledge of HR policies and best practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
