We're hiring! Front Desk/Admin Superstar Wanted! 

Are you the friendly face patients looking forward to seeing? Do you love helping people and keep things organized? Then you might be the perfect fit for our Dental Receptionist/Admin assistant position! 

What you will do: 

• Greeting patient warmly and manage check-in /check out procedures 
• Answer phone and handling scheduling with professionalism and efficiency 
• Handle insurance verification, generate insurance claims and assist with billing and collection processes
• Maintaining accurate patient records and assist with data entry 
• Provide general Admin support to help the office run smoothly

We are looking for qualifications:

• Has experience in a dental office (preferred), but we're willing to train the right person 
• Strong communicate and customer service skills
• is dependable, professional, and team-focused
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus

Working schedule

Monday to Friday 8am -5pm, one hour lunch 

Occasional Saturday 

No evenings!
