Full-Stack Software Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX (In Office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to manage the complete software development lifecycle-from concept to deployment and post-deployment maintenance. This role will oversee the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancement of software applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience across the stack and a strong background in Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full software development process from design through deployment
• Maintain and upgrade software solutions post-deployment
• Write, test, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Automate testing and provide regular feedback to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software that meets user needs
• Ensure software quality, performance, and security compliance
• Use DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• 6+ years of experience with programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, and HTML
• 6+ years of experience designing, modifying, writing, and deploying software using Agile methodologies
• Strong experience in full-stack development using modern web technologies/tools
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with Agile, XP (extreme programming), product management, and software engineering principles
• Proven ability to write new source code and enhance existing applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in government or DoD environments
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and tools
