We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and emails, processing payments, and handling guest inquiries. Additionally, as a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing and reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the security of the property during the night shift.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. A flexible schedule and willingness to work nights and weekends are required for this position.
