ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who knows what it takes to support a busy executive.
This is a fully remote position where you'll be the main coordinator for your executive, managing their time, communications, and helping them stay focused on what matters most.
WHAT YOULL DO
You will manage your executive's calendar, proactively organizing and optimizing his or her schedule to make the best use of every day. You'll listen to quick instructions in English and turn them into clear, professional emails. And you'll learn our business—comprehensive integrated financial services—understanding how things work at both the big picture and detailed levels and connecting the two.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
You already know how to be an executive assistant. Youve done this before and understand the pace, the priorities, and what it takes to keep things running smoothly.
Your are a fast listener in English. You can be on voice calls with your executive while he or she is on the go from early in the day to late in the day. You will need to be able to listen as he or she talks quickly, ask questions when you don't understand, and draft email responses that capture his or her voice and intent.
You can learn and understand our business. You'll grasp how member services works in our company to provide personal financial services to physicians and their families. You grasp concepts at both the conceptual and operational levels and understand how they connect.
