Red Hawk Golf Club is looking for a Bilingual Events Coordinator to bring energy, creativity, and hospitality to our team. In this role, you’ll turn celebrations into unforgettable experiences—whether it’s a wedding, a private dinner, or a special gathering. From the first conversation to the final detail, you’ll be the heart of the event, making sure everything runs smoothly and every guest leaves smiling.
What You’ll Do
Proactively book, coordinate, and manage private dining and special events.
Build personalized experiences by tailoring menus, pricing, and setups to guest needs.
Serve as the primary contact for clients—guiding them through every step.
Lead, coach, and support staff during event setup and execution.
Manage contracts, deposits, billing, and event records with accuracy.
Reconcile daily deposits and petty cash, keeping everything on track.
What We’re Looking For
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
New Mexico alcohol & gaming server certification and food safety certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A people person who loves building relationships and creating memorable experiences.
