Job Description
The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring each experience is organized, professional, and aligned with Park 6 Logistic’s standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-focused, organized, and passionate about bringing high-level events to life.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, meetings, and company gatherings
Support event logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
Prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure successful event execution
Track event timelines, inventory, and post-event reports
Help ensure all events meet quality expectations and operational goals
