We’re looking for a motivated and organized Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting live events, community outreach efforts, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional activities

• Help coordinate event logistics including supplies, signage, and on-site materials

• Greet and engage with attendees in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide support to event team members and help ensure smooth operations

• Distribute informational materials and answer general questions about the organization or campaign

• Assist with event takedown and post-event cleanup

• Help track attendance, engagement, and feedback for future improvement

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with the public

• Great organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent required
