Event Ambassador Location New Orleans, LA (Bayou Saint John area) :

CTS SERVICES is seeking friendly, motivated and outgoing smiling faces to add to our important team of Event Ambassadors. The selected candidates must posses a genuine passion for helping people, work well under pressure, and the ability to communicate effectively to both attendees and coworkers. We are looking for Ambassadors who will be passionate about what we do, and who are dedicated not just to our clients and attendees but also our team members.

Experience:

• High school diploma/GED equivilant
• Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
• Ability to operate a computer (Preferred)
• Knowledge of the daily operations during a convention a PLUS

Responsibilities:

• Standing.
• Data Entry
• Assist attendees with event entry and directions.
• Scan badges and print out tickets.
• Monitor area to ensure entry of only qualified personnel.

Skills:

• Typing and Computer skills a PLUS
• Excellent customer service skills
• Expert attention to detail
• Integrity and professionalism
• Data entry experience (Preferred).

• Mon-Fri
• Weekends (As Needed)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift
• 8 hour
• 10 hour
• 12 hour

Work Location: In person
