> ü Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related
> discipline.

> ü 10+ years of relevant experience in software development,
> preferably in Data, Analytics, Information Management platforms

> ü Should possess In-depth knowledge & working experience on
> P&C Insurance domain. Preferably on both Personal Lines &
> Commercial Lines
>
> ü Be a subject matter expert in insurance and a champion of data
> management best practices
>
> ü Experience leading data integration efforts of internal and
> external data sources
>
> ü Strong hands-on working knowledge of complex ELT, ETL, Cloud
> Computing and programming languages
>
> ü Hands-on working experience in Snowflake
>
> ü Strong working experience building ELT/ETL for Data Vault and
> Dimensional Modelling structures
>
> ü Cloud database(s) experience - Snowflake preferred
>
> ü Strong knowledge of best practices and solution patterns
>
> ü Participate in release process by assuring only quality code is
> released to production
>
> ü Support User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing
>
> ü Proficient in SQL for data testing, validation and analysis
>
> ü Experience and hands-on delivering projects in agile methodology
>
> ü Manage multiple streams simultaneously and ensure delivery per
> project plan
>
> ü Experience working on scheduling/orchestration tools, creating
> wrapper scripts
>
> ü Expert level SQL skills and complexStored Procedures
>
> ü Preferable working experience in Streamsets or Matillion or IICS
>
> ü Experience in CICD process
>
> ü Leading the offshore team and delivery
