Job Summary
Iris Comm Lab is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, help manage schedules, and ensure smooth operations by handling a variety of responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for assigned executives.
Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Respond to inquiries and relay messages promptly and accurately.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
