We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to help streamline operations and enhance productivity. As the first point of contact for various stakeholders, your excellent communication skills will be key to ensuring effective interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondences efficiently and professionally.
Assist in the organization of team events and meetings, ensuring logistics are in place.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects and presentations.
Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry tasks.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or in related fields are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
