Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and help streamline daily operations. As a key member of our organization, your main objective will be to enhance productivity and ensure the smooth running of tasks that are essential to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar for executives
Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses
Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives
Maintain and organize filing systems for important documents and records
Prepare and process expense reports and office supplies replenishment
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
