Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week Department Iris Comm Lab Employment Type Full Time Location Minneapolis, MN Workplace type Onsite Compensation $750 - $1,100 / week Key Responsibilities Manage and organize schedules for executives Coordinate appointments and meetings including booking venues Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations Maintain organized files and document systems Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn Benefits Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
