In this high-impact role, you’ll lead complex eDiscovery matters from start to finish, serving as a strategic partner to attorneys, clients, and vendors. You’ll leverage your technical expertise, especially in Relativity, AI-assisted review tools, and advanced analytics, to drive efficient, defensible workflows across all phases of discovery. You’ll leverage your deep expertise in eDiscovery technology and strategy to deliver smart, efficient, and defensible solutions, ensuring every project runs seamlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical excellence with client partnership, where your insights, precision, and leadership make a measurable difference.
  • Lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects across all phases—collection, processing, review, production, and trial support

  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics (TAR, CAL, LLM-based tools) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and defensibility in eDiscovery workflows
  • Consult with case teams and clients to develop strategic, cost-effective eDiscovery plans and technology solutions
  • Design and oversee workflows for managed review projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, estimates, timelines, and performance metrics to meet firm standards
  • Collaborate with client General Counsel and IT teams on technical and logistical aspects of data management and discovery
  • Manage the selection, oversight, and performance of eDiscovery vendors, including cost control and invoice review
  • Provide training and guidance to case teams on litigation support tools, processes, and best practices
  • Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives within the group
  • Maintain expert knowledge of FRCP, data privacy, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and innovation
  • Proactively promote firm resources and foster business development through exceptional client service and technical leadership
ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Significant eDiscovery project management and eDiscovery consulting experience required; law firm experience across multiple offices preferred
  • Proven expertise with Relativity and other Application Service Provider (ASP) platforms; RCA and/or PMP certification preferred
  • Strong command of AI-assisted review tools (TAR 1.0/2.0, CAL, LLM-based technologies) and advanced analytics platforms such as Relativity Analytics, Brainspace, and NexLP
  • Deep understanding of databases, load files, and network infrastructure with the ability to troubleshoot and manage technical eDiscovery issues
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with a commitment to exceptional client service
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, accountable, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and drive them to completion independently
Expected salary for this role is $144,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
