About the role:  

The Ecommerce and Marketplace Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels, including our own ecommerce platform and third-party marketplaces. We’re looking for an energized and collaborative team player, as this role will be interacting cross-functionally with several teams across the organization.  This role combines strategy, merchandising, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize online sales for our business. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and understand the value of ensuring a seamless shopping experience via online content and marketing strategies, with attention to detail and the ability to iterate quickly. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Ecomm to develop an overall e-commerce growth strategy and optimal customer experience in partnership with our Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Digital Product Management teams

  • Analyze key traffic and conversion trends alongside adjacent teams on relevant business and customer analysis

  • In partnership with Ecomm leadership, build business cases and advocate for new strategic initiatives or channels to support ecommerce growth to reach new customer bases and drive revenue (for ex ShopApp) 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic to online commerce channels through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels

  • In partnership with Ecomm leadership, develop and execute a marketplace growth strategy across key third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Zalando, or other luxury apparel marketplaces)

  • Manage and optimize the listings for our entire catalog of products on Amazon, including images, titles, listing copy and A+ content

  • Partner with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure strong inventory health and on-time delivery

  • Analyze performance data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning

  • Ensure brand integrity and pricing consistency across all channels

  • Support the Senior Manager of Ecommerce with channel budget updates and recast cycles

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising, ideally within the apparel, fashion, or consumer goods industry

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, ChannelAdvisor, or similar

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, and data dashboards

  • Deep understanding of digital merchandising, pricing, and online consumer behavior

  • Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working through uncertainty

  • A crystal-clear communicator, both in writing and in person, who’s experienced in translating data into strategic recommendations

  • Comfortable leading cross-functional conversations and providing project management support
