Job Title : Dynamics 365 Developer

Location : Richmond, VA

Contract Duration : 6 Months

Complete Description :
A Senior Dynamics 365 Developer is needed with expertise in Microsoft's Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and deploying solutions on the Power Platform and have experience with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Power Platform solutions.
  • Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues in Dynamics 365, document solutions, and work with system administrators and IT resources to implement fixes.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft's licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Adhere to best practices for implementing business solutions and help define a governance approach for platform usage.
  • Prepare documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.
  • Create mockups/prototypes and leverage Power Platform features to meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units; track and resolve issues.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions (Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate) and recommend alternatives when needed.
  • Contribute to process and policy improvements within the Business Enablement Services program.
  • Preferred: Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BPFs in D365 (8+ years)
  • Custom development experience with .NET, JavaScript, and C# (5+ years)
  • Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse (3+ years)
  • Experience using standard & premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate (3+ years)

Desired Skills :

  • Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments (2+ years)
  • Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using ADF & SSIS Packages (5+ years)
