Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and de-assemble records from storage.
- Sort and enter data into spreadsheets for record keeping, interfacing with document management specialists to ensure necessary records are captured.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Operate standard office equipment, including scanning of records and data entry.
- Verify data entry to track documentation.
- Perform other clerical duties as required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (basic to intermediate).
- Ability to file and organize records accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and solid work ethic.
- Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of construction equipment telematics devices (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of programming techniques and methodologies (preferred).
Education/Experience:
- US Citizenship required.
- Must be available to start by October 15, 2025.
