Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and de-assemble records from storage.
  • Sort and enter data into spreadsheets for record keeping, interfacing with document management specialists to ensure necessary records are captured.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including scanning of records and data entry.
  • Verify data entry to track documentation.
  • Perform other clerical duties as required.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (basic to intermediate).
  • Ability to file and organize records accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and solid work ethic.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of construction equipment telematics devices (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of programming techniques and methodologies (preferred).

Education/Experience:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must be available to start by October 15, 2025.
