Role Description:

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring all dishes are completely clean. You will be responsible for maintaining the dish area and all equipment to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. You should be well organized, with excellent time management and communication skills. Our restaurant is fast-paced, and we expect you to be able to work as part of a team and be able to maintain pace without consistent oversight.

Requirements:

• Stand/work for several hours at a time.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Treat the team and guests with honor, dignity, and respect.
• Have a coachable spirit and a growth mindset.

Pay is based on full-time or part-time status, experience, and availability.

Requirements for Full-Time Consideration:

• Available to work 3pm-close, 5 days a week.
• Must be 18 years old or out of high school.
• Will be scheduled 5–6 days a week for 30–40 hours.
• Understand the expectations of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
