What You'll Do...
- Support the SEO and Website Manager with creating, editing, and maintaining website content
- Create and update content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
- Manage team projects and inbound requests using a project management tool
- Maintain and organize the marketing calendar
- Assist with campaign performance tracking and analysis
- Research marketing materials, trends, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, content writing, SEO, or related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across brands and geographic markets
- Comfort working independently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, and Search Console preferred
- WordPress experience is a plus
- PPC advertising experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of search engine and generative AI optimization principles
- Comfortable using AI thoughtfully to supplement (not replace) work
