Part- Time Dental Assistant Job Description:
Mid America Health is currently seeking a 32-hour , Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our Ohio team! Mid America Health is looking for a dental assistant to work 32 hours per week; Monday through Thursday . This dental assistant position is scheduled 4 days per week from 6:30am until 3:00pm. This part-time position is located at Allen Correctional Institution in Lima, OH. This dental assisting position is a rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry and offers full benefits. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, health savings account, and flex spending. There are NO late nights or weekends!! Pay is starting at $19 plus per hour. There is a sign- on bonus available for this position!

Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care. Very limited endo with no ortho or crown & bridge required. There are administrative duties that are also required.
Part-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications:
1 year experience preferred and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred. Current CPR for Healthcare Providers and Active Ohio Radiographer License required .
