Role Overview

The Delivery Specialist will play a critical role in keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly. This role is designed for someone who thrives on details, process consistency, and data accuracy. Day to day, the Delivery Specialist will make sure all jobs and candidates are tracked correctly in our applicant tracking system (Crelate), reporting is clean and timely, and the delivery team has what they need to focus on engaging talent and partnering with clients. Over time, this person will also help identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• System & Data Management
• Manage our Crelate (applicant tracking system) by updating jobs, candidates, and stage changes.
• Audit pipelines regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Keep candidate and job data standardized for reliable reporting.
• Reporting & Insights
• Run weekly activity and pipeline reports for team members and managers.
• Track metrics such as candidate movement, requisition coverage, and time in stage.
• Provide clear, accurate snapshots of delivery activity.
• Delivery Operations
• Support team members by handling repeatable administrative tasks (notes, stage updates, data entry, etc.).
• Maintain trackers and distribution lists to keep the team aligned.
• Troubleshoot system issues in Crelate and serve as the first line of support for the delivery team.
• Process & Improvement
• Document and follow standard operating procedures for delivery tasks.
• Surface ideas for automation or process improvement to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Delivery leadership to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Crelate (applicant tracking system) is strongly desired.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations support, or a detail-oriented admin role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and basic reporting.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about automation and process improvement tools.
