**Job Title: Input Specialist** **Job Description** As an Input Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing purchase requisitions, creating work and purchase orders, and ensuring the efficient receipt and quality assurance of parts and materials. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of product quality and performance, as well as supporting the smooth operation of the facility. **Responsibilities** + Receive and review purchase requisitions. + Create work orders and purchase orders. + Receive parts and materials. + Collaborate with Quality Assurance to review product quality and performance. + Discuss and resolve issues related to defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, vendors, and others. + Expedite delivery of goods to users. + Print drawings, travelers, and part lists. + Collaborate with Leads and Manager of Operations to schedule work completion to meet customer delivery dates. + Maintain a clean and orderly work area. + Ensure regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled. **Essential Skills** + US Person Status due to Export Control. + Excellent typing skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Familiarity with MRP systems. + Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. + Basic algebra skills. + Ability to understand and execute written, oral, or diagram instructions. + Problem-solving skills involving several variables in standardized situations. + Ability to analyze information and use logic to address issues. + Attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in inventory management. + Data entry proficiency. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your contributions are valued and essential to our success. However, overtime may be expected upon direct hire. You will spend 6-8 hours per day at a computer, focusing on data entry for parts and projects. Our facility offers a structured and focused work setting, ensuring you can perform your tasks efficiently. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
