We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Assistant to help update, organize, and maintain our digital records. This role involves entering data into our systems, verifying accuracy, and ensuring our information is kept up-to-date. This is an easy, beginner-friendly position that can be performed from home.
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company software
Review and correct data errors or inconsistencies
Maintain and update digital files and documents
Organize information for easy access and retrieval
Follow company guidelines for data handling and confidentiality
Communicate with team members to clarify information when needed
Perform simple administrative tasks as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills (typing, email, online tools)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior data entry or administrative experience
