Job Description

CornerStone Staffing is hiring for a company dedicated to delivering top-notch support for customers’ garage door systems and wireless devices. Customer Service Representative

Location: Lewisville, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $13.50/hour while working through CornerStone; $15.00/hour upon permanent hire with the client

• Training: Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM; Regular: Mon–Sat 10AM–7PM or until queue is clear

• Always off on Sundays + 1 additional weekday

• Temp to Hire

• Start Date: January 5, 2026 

ROLE IMPACT

As the first line of support for customers navigating garage door systems and wireless device setup, your expertise ensures smooth, informed assistance and excellent customer experience. This is a high-impact position where your communication skills and attention to detail directly support product satisfaction and brand loyalty. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls related to garage and wireless system support

• Direct customers to service providers or appropriate departments

• Clarify warranty policies and assist with dealer referrals

• Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately

• Handle follow-up inquiries through phone and email

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of service-oriented customer service experience

• Minimum 1 year tenure at most recent role

• Must reside within 25 miles of Lewisville, TX 75067

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Multi-line inbound phone systems

• Customer service email platforms

• Internal CRM and case management tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Prior call center experience

• Bilingual: English and Spanish

• Experience with mechanical or tech product support
