Position Description

Successfully operates cranes to discharge cargo from vessels to shore.

Position Requirements

• Safely and efficiently operate cranes and related gear to transfer materials
• Maintain and repair cranes as trained and instructed
• Assist in the  troubleshooting and repair of equipment
• Assist as required in the transfer and storage of materials through the use of conveyors, rolling equipment and related equipment
• Participates in operational, safety and environmental training as assigned
• Other duties as instructed by management
• Work a rotating schedule as assigned
• Must be available for non-scheduled shifts as needed
• Work outside in all types of weather conditionsClimb stairs up to 80 feetMeet physical and medical requirements as Crane Operator per OSHA 1917.27

Must be able to secure TWIC Card
