Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Paralegal to provide support to corporate counsel with a focus on vendor and contract management, compliance research, and document organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist counsel with corporate compliance matters, including internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Manage vendor files and support the full contract lifecycle (routing, execution, renewals).
Conduct legal and regulatory research as directed.
Maintain systems to track contracts, compliance deadlines, and related documentation.
Draft and review NDAs, standard contracts, and compliance reports.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather and process information.
Monitor regulatory updates and assist with policy and procedure updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
3+ years of paralegal experience, with a focus on corporate, compliance, or transactional work.
Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Familiarity with vendor and contract management processes.
