Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing real estate company in Walnut Creek seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to support their in-house legal department. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on impactful corporate matters, and join the team on a contract-to-hire (long-term basis). Key Responsibilities + Prepare and file corporate documents, including entity formations, annual filings, and compliance updates + Assist with board meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling materials, and drafting meeting minutes + Manage and track contracts, including review, organization, and administration + Support implementation and maintenance of legal holds and document preservation processes + Conduct legal and factual research as needed + Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders on corporate governance matters Requirements + 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally within real estate, corporate, or in-house environments + Strong knowledge of corporate filings, board governance, and contract management + Experience with legal holds and compliance preferred + Excellent organizational and communication skills + Ability to work a hybrid schedule (1 day on-site in Walnut Creek, remainder remote) + Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate strongly preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
