Job Summary The Copy Editor is a member of the Quality team. They are primarily responsible for reviewing and editing deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence in the copy a variety of clients, industries, and media, including websites, blogs, whitepapers, sales collateral, social media posts, guides, briefs, brochures, emails, banner ads, iPad applications, and RFIs/RFPs. Copy Editors investigate copy inconsistencies, research and apply best practices, and recognize and report discrepancies as a team. Copy Editors collaborate with other QA team members to ensure deadlines for both client and internal projects are strictly met. Copy Editors also review internal and external brand style guides and sheets, to help ensure team documentation is current and correct for reference during reviews.
