Job Description

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Set up and break down cooking stations before and after shifts
Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
Assist with prep work, stocking, and labeling food items
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive work environment
Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy and quality
Assist in training new cooks and team members as needed

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a restaurant or fast casual environment
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Able to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
Language: Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is preferred (bilingual candidates strongly encouraged)

Flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
