JOB DETAILS:
Position: Contracts Administrator
JOB REF#: 44150
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Location: HYBRID - Nashville, TN 37243
Pay Rate: $28.00 (W2) / $30.00 (INC) per hour
HOURS: M-F 8AM - 4:30PM, 7.5 hours per day/max, 37.5 hours per week.
HYBRID: Must be able to work onsite 2x per week or more if required.
Contract Specialist will work under general supervision, this position performs professional administrative work related to contract management and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Create, merge, and prepare contract documents
Route contracts for internal and external signatures
Enter and maintain contract information in Edison and BCMS
Track and log contract status in BCMS
Save and organize documents on shared drives
Respond to contract-related inquiries via email from internal and external stakeholders
Attend in-person and virtual meetings
Provide general administrative support to the Division, including:
Taking meeting notes
Scheduling meetings
Answering phones
Operate standard office equipment, including prolonged computer and typing use as required
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
4+ years professional Administrative experience
Experience providing contracts administration/support
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
