Job Description
Acara Solutions is looking for a Contract Administrator for one of our clients in Fruitland, NM.
- Role will be a flex role. Wednesdays and Thursdays are required to be on site.
- Hours will be M-F, 8am - 4 pm
- Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour
- Day to Day of Position:
- Review contracts and help interpret MSAs or purchase orders
- Check internal documents for compliance
- Audit labor hours, gate logs, timesheets, and other job costs like travel, per diem, supplies, and materials
- Ensure invoices are accurate and processed correctly
- Make sure all processes follow employment and labor laws
- Keep records and documentation accurate and aligned with contracts and company policies
- Work with teams like Planning, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Treasury
- Ensure vendors follow contract terms and company policies
- Review contract performance and flag any issues
- Approving vendor invoices
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel
- Strong data analytics skills
- Able to communicate complex and detailed information effectively
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Highly organized, with ability to track multiple details on multiple projects
- Capable of working Independently as well as part of a team
