Job Description

Large Miami law firm is seeking a highly skilled individual to handle conflicts searching, reporting and client/matter intake. The duties include searching for potential conflicts in the firm's database, as well as organizing and interpreting search results. Responsibilities include handling large volumes of data, and preparing and proofreading data and reports. The position also entails communicating with attorneys in the firm in an effort to clear potential conflicts and obtaining information for client and matter opening.

Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with online research tools is required. Experience with InTapp Open and Conflicts, Aderant Expert and iManage is preferred, but not required. Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and an ability to work under pressure are imperative. A 4 year degree, or paralegal experience, and major law firm experience preferred. Some knowledge and/or experience of Compliance and Risk Management would be welcome.
