Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing complex interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, making necessary adjustments to care plans as required.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, care processes, and post-intervention care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with hospital policies and legal guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in nursing practice.
• Participate in staff training and continuous professional development programs.
• Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.

Essential Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina or compact state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a nursing role, preferably in a complex care setting.
• Experience with patient education and advocacy.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare technology.
