Job Description

As a full time Brew City Catholic Missionary, you will proclaim the Gospel to college students within the Archdiocese of Milwaukee through campus outreach, small groups, and discipleship mentoring. Our missionaries live a daily rhythm of personal prayer and Catholic sacramental life as part of a mission-focused community pursuing holiness. Our missionary project ideals form community life and the way we carry out apostolic work:

ABIDE

Heart to Heart: Childlike receptivity and honesty with God in order to be confident in our identity and remain in Him. Pace and Path: Docility and attentiveness in every season in order to abandon ourselves totally to God's providence.

ENCOUNTER

• A desire to share the Gospel through word and witness on college campuses
• Readiness to accompany and mentor college students or young adults in their relationship with Christ
• In good standing with the Catholic Church
• 21-28 years of age
• Preferably a completed bachelor's or associate's degree

Through our formation, Brew City Missionaries will be:

• Eager to share the Gospel through word (testimony) and witness (human formation)
• Equipped to encounter young adults and college students through campus outreach, small group leadership, and discipleship
• Immersed in intentional, Gospel-centered community living
• Rooted in daily prayer through daily Mass, Holy Hour, and communal prayer from the traditions of the Catholic Church.

Primary formation experiences and settings:

• Month long, in-person formation (June)
• Bi-Monthly desert days away from campus gathering all missionaries and staff
• Week long pilgrimage to Rome
• 8 Day Ignatian Silent Retreat

What you'll receive:
