CNC Machinist - JPC47

Pay: $15 - 30/hr + Benefits

Industry: Plastic

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in machining and tuning ultrasonic sonotrodes, as well as programming and set-up of Hurco CNC milling centers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating manual milling machines, manufacturing and assembling fixtures, and performing inspection and quality control of finished ultrasonic tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Machining and tuning of Ultrasonic Sonotrodes
• Programming and set-up of Hurco CNC milling centers
• Set-up and operation of manual milling machines
• Manufacturing and assembly of fixtures
• Inspection and quality control of finished ultrasonic tooling

Qualifications:

• Five plus years of metal machining experience
• Diploma or associate degree in machine shop technology from a post-secondary school preferred, or certificate and/or coursework from trade school or machinist program
• Ability to independently manage Kaizen workflow
• Knowledge of WinMax and Master CAM preferred
